What you pay for
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the work, the price, the payment stages and what is not included. You pay only what the quote or our invoice says, by bank transfer, UPI or a payment link we send you.
Cancelling a setup or build project
You can cancel a project at any time by writing to connect@growinloop.com.
If you cancel before we start work, we refund your advance in full.
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the advance minus the work already done. Before deducting anything, we show you that work and how we valued it, in writing.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans such as Loop Care are billed in advance, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. We don't refund a month that has already started. You keep everything we built and documented for you.
Costs paid to other companies
Some costs go to other companies, such as ad spend, domain names, software subscriptions or WhatsApp message fees. Where you pay these directly, that company's refund rules apply. Where we paid them on your behalf, we pass on any refund we receive.
If something we built doesn't work as agreed
Tell us within 30 days of go-live. If it doesn't do what your written quote says, we fix it at no extra cost. If we can't fix it, we agree a fair partial refund with you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the account or method you paid from, within 7 working days of our written approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it.
