Who we are

Grow in Loop is a done-for-you workflow automation studio based in Hyderabad, India. Legal entity name and address: [To be confirmed by the owner].

What we collect on this website

When you request a workflow review or the checklist, we collect what you type: your name, business name, industry, city, email, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, where your enquiries come from, and anything you choose to tell us.

We also record your consent: the wording you agreed to, its version and the time.

Why we use it (purpose)

To reply to your request, arrange the call and send what you asked for. If you separately ticked the box for occasional tips, we also send those by email. We don't use your details for anything else.

Consent

We process your details on the basis of your consent, given through an unticked box on our forms. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the grievance contact below. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything done before.

Your rights as a data principal

You can ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct or complete it, erase it, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. You can also raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Our role for client data

When we build workflows for a client business, that business decides why and how its customers' data is used (it is the data fiduciary). We act as its data processor: we process customer data only on the client's written instructions, only for running their workflow, and we never sell or share it.

Sharing and storage

We use service providers to run forms and workflows (for example, our automation platform and email provider). They process data on our behalf under contract. We keep request data only as long as needed for the purpose, then delete it.

Analytics

No analytics run unless you accept them in the consent banner. Analytics never receive form contents or personal details.
